- Free to mainland Australia. No delivery charge is ever added.
- Dispatched from Australia — no customs, no import charge, nothing to pay on the doorstep.
- Delivered in 7–10 working days, tracked.
- Tracking number sent by email and text the moment the parcel leaves.
The bike arrives in one box, part assembled: the handlebar clamps on and the charger is inside. Allow five minutes and the spanner supplied.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Photograph the box before you open it and email us within two working days at support@embradeals.com. We replace or refund; you send nothing back at your own expense.
14-day change-of-mind returns
As a goodwill policy of our own, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason to give. (This is on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights if an item is faulty or not as described.)
- Email support@embradeals.com with your order number.
- We reply with a prepaid return label the same working day.
- Put the bike back in its box, stick the label on, hand it to the courier.
- We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
A bike returned with crash damage or missing parts can only be refunded in part, and we tell you before we do it.
Warranty repairs
2 years on parts and labour, handled by Australian support. Email us with a photo or a short video of the fault: most issues are a part we send you, not a bike you send us.
