Orders
You place an order by completing the order form. We confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is firm only once it is paid.
Payment
Depending on what is available when you order:
- Online payment: you pay directly when you place your order.
- Payment link: your order is recorded without payment, and you receive a secure payment link by email within 24 hours. Your order is firm only once this payment is made.
Card details are never stored on our site.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices may not include sales tax. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Delivery
Delivery is free and tracked. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or confirmed with your order. See our Shipping page.
Returns and warranty
You can return a product within 14 days after delivery under our store policy. Every product has a 2-year parts and labor warranty. See our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages.
