We buy direct from the factories, in volume, and sell direct to you — no showroom, no distributor, no middleman taking a cut.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown is the price paid, once, delivery included. No subscription, no later charge.
How do I pay?
Card payment is opening market by market. Where it is not open yet, you place your order without paying and we email you a secure payment link within 24 hours. Nothing is charged before that.
What if it is not for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. On most items the return is free; on heavy items that need a two-person collection (sauna, reformer), the collection cost is shown before you order.
How long until it arrives?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 2 years, parts and labour, on top of your legal rights as a consumer.
