14-day change-of-mind policy

If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days after delivery. This is our store policy, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Light items

We pay for the return and refund you in full.

Heavy items

For heavy items, such as infrared saunas and Pilates reformers, the collection cost is shown before you order. If you return the item because you changed your mind, this cost is paid by you.

Faulty or not as described

If your product is faulty or does not match its description, the return is always at our expense, whatever the product. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

How to return

• Email support@embradeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We send you the return instructions.
• Return the product complete, with its accessories, and well protected.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned product, using your original payment method.
