Our 2-year warranty

We provide a 2-year parts and labour warranty from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears, we repair or replace the product free of charge.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our warranty is given in addition to these rights and does not reduce them.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, an accident or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• Normal wear of consumable parts.
• Repairs or modifications made without our agreement.

How to make a claim

Email support@embradeals.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video if possible. We tell you the next steps.
