These terms apply to every order placed on embradeals.com/au.

Seller

Orders

You place an order by completing the order form. We confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is firm only once it is paid.

Payment

Depending on what is available when you order:

Online payment: you pay directly when you place your order.
Payment link: your order is recorded without payment, and you receive a secure payment link by email within 24 hours. Your order is firm only once this payment is made.

Card details are never stored on our site.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery

Delivery is free and tracked. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or confirmed with your order. See our Delivery page.

Returns

You can return a product within 14 days after delivery under our change-of-mind policy. See our Returns & Refunds page for the conditions, including the collection cost of heavy items.

Warranty and consumer guarantees

Every product has a 2-year parts and labour warranty, in addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing in these terms excludes or limits. See our Warranty page.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
