Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. To cancel, email support@embradeals.com with your order number.

Light items

We pay for the return and refund you in full.

Heavy items

For heavy items, such as infrared saunas and Pilates reformers, the collection cost is shown before you order. If you cancel because you changed your mind, this cost is paid by you.

Faulty or not as described

If your product is faulty or does not match its description, the return is always at our expense, whatever the product. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

How to return

• Email us with your order number.
• We send you the return instructions.
• Return the product complete, with its accessories, and well protected.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned product, using your original payment method.
