Our 2-year guarantee

We provide a 2-year parts and labour guarantee from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears, we repair or replace the product free of charge.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is given in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not reduce or replace them. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, an accident or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• Normal wear of consumable parts.
• Repairs or modifications made without our agreement.

How to make a claim

Email support@embradeals.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video if possible. We tell you the next steps.
