These terms apply to every order placed on embradeals.com/uk.

Orders
You place an order by completing the order form. We confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is firm only once it is paid.
Payment
Depending on what is available when you order:
- Online payment: you pay directly when you place your order.
- Payment link: your order is recorded without payment, and you receive a secure payment link by email within 24 hours. Your order is firm only once this payment is made.
Card details are never stored on our site.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT.
Delivery
Delivery is free and tracked. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or confirmed with your order. See our Delivery page.
Cancellation and returns
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for the conditions, including the collection cost of heavy items.
Guarantee
Every product has a 2-year parts and labour guarantee, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Guarantee page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
