Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page or confirmed with your order. We do not promise a delivery date before your order is confirmed.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Heavy items
Heavy items, such as infrared saunas and Pilates reformers, are delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice. The delivery date is agreed with you in advance.
When your order arrives
Check the packaging when you receive it. If it is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos and email us with your order number.
